Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Elite Lumens, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to return a product and receive a refund or exchange.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for a refund.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back without prior authorization, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the product you want is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or allow you to choose an alternative item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, custom or personalized items, clearance items, and products that have been used or installed. Please check the product description or contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs in this case.
